การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการทนไฟของแผ่นพื้นคอมโพสิตรูปแบบหน้าตัดต่างกันด้วยการวิเคราะห์ไฟไนต์เอลิเมนต์

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมแผ่นพื้นคอมโพสิตกรณีถูกเพลิงไหม้โดยใช้แบบจำลองไฟไนต์เอลิเมนต์ เริ่มจากการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้โปรแกรม ANSYS สร้างแบบจำลองสามมิติร่วมระหว่างความร้อนและโครงสร้างแบบไม่เชิงเส้น ผลการสอบเทียบอุณหภูมิกับผลการทดสอบอ้างอิงมีความคลาดเคลื่อนสัมพัทธ์เฉลี่ยไม่เกิน ร้อยละ 3.5 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนของอุณหภูมิสูงสุดไม่เกิน 12.7 องศาเซลเซียส ซึ่งยืนยันความแม่นยำของแบบจำลอง รูปทรงหน้าตัดของแผ่นพื้นคอมโพสิตที่เลือกใช้ในงานวิจัยนี้ ได้แก่ รูปทรงหน้าตัด Trapezoidal และ รูปทรงหน้าตัด Re-entrant ส่วนพฤติกรรมแผ่นพื้นคอมโพสิตจะรายงานผลในพจน์ของการกระจายอุณหภูมิ กำลังรับน้ำหนักคงเหลือ และความเป็นฉนวน การจำลองสภาวะเพลิงไหม้จะใช้อุณหภูมิตามมาตรฐาน ISO 834 ซึ่งเป็นอุณหภูมิมาตรฐานสากลที่กำหนดขึ้นเพื่อจำลองการเกิดเพลิงไหม้ในอาคาร จากผลการศึกษา พบว่า เมื่อแผ่นพื้นคอมโพสิตถูกเพลิงไหม้เป็นระยะเวลา 50 นาที อุณหภูมิภายในแผ่นพื้นคอมโพสิตที่มีรูปทรงหน้าตัด Re-entrant มีค่าต่ำกว่าอุณหภูมิภายในแผ่นพื้นคอมโพสิตที่มีรูปทรงหน้าตัด Trapezoidal นอกจากนี้ยังทำให้ทราบว่า แผ่นพื้นคอมโพสิตที่มีรูปทรงหน้าตัด Re-entrant มีความต้านทานความร้อนได้ดีกว่าแผ่นพื้นคอมโพสิตที่มีรูปทรงหน้าตัด Trapezoidal เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกำลังรับน้ำหนักคงเหลือหลังการเกิดเพลิงไหม้ พบว่า แผ่นพื้นคอมโพสิตที่มีรูปทรงหน้าตัด Re-entrant และ แผ่นพื้นคอมโพสิตที่มีรูปทรงหน้าตัด Trapezoidal มีกำลังรับน้ำหนักคงเหลือ ร้อยละ 36.59 และ 33.48 ตามลำดับ เมื่อประเมินตามเกณฑ์ความเป็นฉนวนกันความร้อน (Insulation criterion) ตามมาตรฐาน ISO 834 พบว่ารูปทรงหน้าตัด Trapezoidal และ Re-entrant สามารถรักษาความเป็นฉนวนได้นาน 70 นาที และ 100 นาที ตามลำดับ จากผลการศึกษานี้จึงกล่าวได้ว่า รูปทรงหน้าตัดของแผ่นพื้นคอมโพสิตมีผลต่อความสามารถในการทนไฟของแผ่นพื้น และการเลือกใช้แผ่นพื้นคอมโพสิตที่มีรูปทรงหน้าตัดที่เหมาะสมสามารถช่วยเพิ่มความปลอดภัยของโครงสร้างอาคารภายใต้สภาวะเพลิงไหม้
