Dear Colleagues,

Once again we cherish the new issue of the International Scientific Journal of Engineering and Technology (ISJET). At this time, the world is facing a great challenge posed by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Not only has it ravaged global health and the economy, but ignited instant leadership, contributions, and technological breakthrough. Thanks to the innovation in digital technologies, the economy could still operate under social distancing measures. The Republic of Korea has promptly developed the COVID-19 test kits with the help of AI. Singapore has launched an app called TraceTogether using Bluetooth signals between smartphones. While in Thailand, the research team led by Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology (VISTEC) has developed the rapid test kit based on CRISPR technology.

Rome was not built in a day. The technologies the world uses to fight COVID-19 are achieved by uncountable research of science and technology across multidisciplinary approaches. That is, ultimately, the goal of ISJET. This journal will be dedicated to serving as a bridge for scholars to share their discoveries on advanced research in all fields of sciences: Engineering, Technology, and Innovation. On behalf of the Editorial Board, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has complimented our goal by contributing to the ISJET.

With kind regards,

Dr. Wirin Sonsrettee

Associate Editor of Science

Dear Colleagues,

On The path of Thailand 4.0, many organizations have deployed and carried out the project to improve their business in many ways. For example one of the mega projects is to develop a fuel depot in Pichit and Lampang province in the northern part of Thailand and a pipeline system to transfer the oil with the project value of 3,000 million Baht which will change the oil logistic system in Thailand. Such projects can be a benefit in many ways such as reducing air pollution created by truck transportation, reducing accidents on road, and sustaining oil in the northern part of Thailand which can be used for transportation, agriculture, and many more. Technology and engineering are of very important aspects that can make the impossible possible.

International Scientific Journal of Engineering and Technology (ISJET) keeps moving on along with the new and changing technology to present new research information that can benefit various organizations. We would like to thank all contributors for their valuable research in engineering and technology including using social media, technology, transportation, and manufacturing. Such information will be a great knowledge in many organizations and crucial for their business. We would like to urge you to continue to support our journal with your valuable research.

Finally, on behalf of the Editorial Board, we would appreciate feedback from you, the readers of, and contributors to the ISJET. Hence, you are encouraged to contact the Editors or the journal coordinator on any aspect of the journal. Your input is, as always, highly valued as it helps up improve further the quality of our offering.

Dear Colleagues,

It is recognized that engineering and technology are important tools in Thailand 4.0. Today, technology is moving very fast which makes the theory and truthful information in the textbooks does not often provide useful information for learning and use for citation. For this situation, we formally launched the International Scientific Journal of Engineering and Technology (ISJET) and proceed to issue quality articles through rigorous and quick review processing schemes. This year, the ISJET is indexed in the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI) which can assure our journal quality.

As we forward-thinking, move ahead and build on our success, we would appreciate feedback from you, the readers of and contributors to the ISJET. Hence, you are encouraged to contact the Editors or the journal coordinator on any aspect of the journal. Your input is, as always, highly valued as it helps us improve further the quality of our offering. Finally, on behalf of the Editorial Board, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has contributed to ISJET in various capacities, and to urge you to continue submitting your valuable research to publish in the journal. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated. If you have any questions or suggestions, please directly email me or the journal coordinator. I look forward to hearing from you.
