Abstract
In this research, we study quadrilateral concern on inscribed and circumscribed circles of quadrilateral and bicentric quadrilateral. We obtain the necessary conditions:
(1) If a quadrilateral has bisector of angles Intersecting only one point then it is quadrilateral inscribed circle.
(2) If a quadrilateral has bisector and perpendicular lines Intersecting only one point then a quadrilateral has circumcircle.
Moreover, we found that bicentric quadrilaterals are squares, kite shaped square and isosceles tangential trapezoids
