Abstract
This research is aimed to 1. Collect summarize and synthesize Knowledge of the teak plantation 2. Create an information system to preserve the wisdom of planting teak trees 3. Prepare an information system to promote the teak products market to expand commercial opportunities. The population scope focusing on farmers, entrepreneurs, and owners of forest plantations in Mae Taeng District, Doi Saket District Chiang Mai Province, and Muang District, Lamphun Province. Summarize the project, which is the Department of Forestry encourages the private sector and farmers to plant economic forestry. It was found that teak is a plant that is very popular among the people, but in the past, the growers encountered various problems, including planting in unsuitable areas Lack of knowledge. The understanding of cultivation and management from the past tattoo cultivation is successful, cut teeth to use and can be sold. The researcher studied private teak cultivation by surveying the area and interviewing the growers. In addition, they also received the knowledge of teak cultivation from Chiang Mai Provincial Forest Industry Organization. There have been studies about the teak since the beginning, teak care for normal growth and may be faster than usual with proper maintenance, adjusting soil and water balance is to take care of the teak tree in the water and creating benefits. Teak product processing Include being able to engage in commercial business. This will bring digital technology to be applied so that it can be used in electronic commerce. Which is part of the downstream. The researcher has summarized the body of knowledge by preparing the media, including supporting documents, video media, and photos, including synthesizing knowledge to be utilized. The results of this research have been used to create two information systems:
1. Information system to preserve the wisdom of teak plantation and
2. Information system to promote teak products to expand commercial opportunities 70% of the sample group needed for an information system to conserve the wisdom of planting teak trees and 80% of them wanted to use an information system to promote marketing of teak products. The main problem for system users is the lack of skills and knowledge in the use of information technology. Therefore, the researcher conducted a training on how to use the system and collected the training results. It was found that before and after the training there was a significant difference. After the training, the participants had increased knowledge and understanding which resulted in good results in the creation of innovative information systems.
