การศึกษาความสำคัญของปัญหาจากแบบก่อสร้างและรายการประกอบแบบในงานก่อสร้างอาคาร

บทคัดย่อ
แบบก่อสร้างและรายการประกอบแบบที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับการทำงานในพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง ปัญหาข้างต้นทำให้ส่งผลกระทบต่อความสำเร็จของโครงการก่อสร้างอาคารทั้งในด้านเวลา ต้นทุน และคุณภาพของงานการวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาของแบบก่อสร้างและรายการประกอบแบบในโครงการก่อสร้าง ปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละโครงการและการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการก่อสร้างมีการรวบรวมเพื่อนำมาสร้างเป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน โดยมีการทดสอบสมมติฐานความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มประเภทธุรกิจและประสบการณ์ทำงานที่มีต่อปัญหาของแบบก่อสร้างและรายการประกอบแบบในโครงการก่อสร้างผลการวิจัยพบว่าค่าดัชนีความสำคัญ (SI) ของประเด็นปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นมากที่สุด คือ 1) ปัญหาที่เกิดจากรายการประกอบแบบระบุขอบเขตงานไม่ชัดเจน 2) ปัญหาที่เกิดจากแบบแปลนโครงสร้างระบุตำแหน่งและระยะของช่องเปิดขัดแย้งกับระยะของแบบสถาปัตยกรรมและแบบงานระบบประกอบอาคาร 3) ปัญหาที่เกิดจากแบบสถาปัตยกรรมไม่ระบุรายละเอียดหรือระบุไม่ครบถ้วน นอกจากนี้การทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่ากลุ่มประเภทธุรกิจและประสบการณ์การทำงานมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันในหลายปัญหา สุดท้ายนี้งานวิจัยได้เสนอแนะการจัดทำรายการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและครบถ้วนของแบบก่อสร้างและรายการประกอบแบบเพื่อเป็นส่วนสนับสนุนให้โครงการก่อสร้างสามารถแล้วเสร็จตามเป้าหมายต่อไป
