ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้พลังงานทดแทนในชุมชน กรณีศึกษาชุมชนภาคกลาง (FACTORS AFFECTING THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE ENERGY IN COMMUNITY : A CASE STUDY OF COMMUNITY IN A CENTRAL REGION OF THAILAND)

     การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ความเข้าใจ ความตระหนัก และจิตสำนึกในการจัดการพลังงานของชุมชน และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้พลังงานทดแทนในชุมชน โดยเลือกชุมชนในภาคกลางเป็นกรณีศึกษา ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชาชนในชุมชนภาคกลาง จำนวน 20 ชุมชน จาก 20 จังหวัด โดยเลือกชุมชนแบบเจาะจง ชุมชนที่มีการทำแผนพลังงานชุมชน และในแต่ละชุมชนเลือกตัวอย่างประชาชนในชุมชนแบบบังเอิญ ชุมชนละ 18 ตัวอย่าง ซึ่งทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้ 358 ตัวอย่าง

    ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ ความตระหนัก จิตสำนึกในการจัดการพลังงานในระดับสูง ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ประชาชนที่มีเพศและอายุต่างกันมีจิตสำนึกในการจัดการพลังงานชุมชนต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดการพลังงานชุมชนของประชาชนมีความสัมพันธ์กับความตระหนักและจิตสำนึกในการจัดการพลังงานชุมชนที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ความตระหนักในการจัดการพลังงานชุมชนมีความสัมพันธ์กับจิตสำนึกในการจัดการพลังงานชุมชน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 สำหรับปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้พลังงานทดแทน ได้แก่ อายุ การศึกษา อาชีพ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ในการจัดการพลังงานชุมชนนั้นควรมีการให้ความรู้กับประชาชน เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจและเห็นความสำคัญของพลังงานทดแทน หาความต้องการที่แท้จริงของชุมชน และใช้พลังงานทดแทนที่เหมาะสมกับสภาพของชุมชน หน่วยงานท้องถิ่นที่เกี่ยวข้องควรให้การสนับสนุนในด้านความรู้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมาติดตามดูแลอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และหน่วยงานด้านพลังงานควรให้ความรู้กับหน่วยงานภาคท้องถิ่นด้วย

Abstract

      This study was aimed at studying knowledge, awareness and consciousness of energy management of people in community and investigating factors related to the use of alternative energy in community. Communities in a central region of Thailand were chosen as a case study i.e. twenty communities in twenty provinces that have a community energy management‘s plan were used in this study and in each community eighteen samples were collected. A total of 358 samples therefore were used. Data collection using a questionnaire was carried out. The results of this study showed that most of the sample in the community studied has knowledge, awareness and consciousness of energy management at a high level. Most of samples of 72.6% used alternative energy. Hypothesis‘s tests showed that people of different genders and ages have different consciousness of energy management at a significant level of 0.05 and knowledge on energy management has a positive relationship to awareness of people in energy management and also the consciousness. In addition, awareness of people in energy management has a positive relationship to consciousness of people in energy management at a significant level of 0.05. The results also showed that factors including ages, education and occupations are related to the use of alternative energy at a significant level of 0.05. Suggestion include providing knowledge about energy management to people in community and trying to meet a real need of people for the use of alternative energy in the community. Community ‘s resources are a key factor for the use of alternative energy and local organizations should support knowledge continuously rather than budget and so they can be self-reliance in energy management in their community.
