เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์กับการบริหารโครงการในปัจจุบัน (COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT)

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ      การบริหารโครงการเป็นงานที่สำคัญอย่างหนึ่งขององค์กร เนื่องจากโครงการในปัจจุบันมีความซับซ้อนมากขึ้น แต่ละโครงการมีงานย่อยเป็นจำนวนมากและมีการใช้ทรัพยากรที่หลากหลาย ดังนั้นจึงจำเป็นต้องมีกระบวนการควบคุมการดำเนินงานโครงการให้สำเร็จตามตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนด และใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่อย่างจำกัดให้เกิดประโยชน์มากที่สุด การนำเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์เข้ามาช่วยในการบริหารโครงการจึงเป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งที่ได้รับความนิยม เนื่องจากจะช่วยลดขั้นตอนการทำงาน ลดความผิดพลาด ผู้บริหารสามารถควบคุมการดำเนินงานต่างๆ ในโครงการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ บทความนี้นำเสนอเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เหมาะสมกับการบริหารโครงการในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งองค์กรมีแนวทางในการนำเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์เข้ามาใช้ ได้แก่ การพัฒนาโปรแกรมขึ้นมาใช้งานเอง การว่าจ้างบริษัทภายนอก และการเลือกใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปที่มีความเหมาะสม ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดกับองค์กร


Abstract  
      The project management is regarded as an important role in each organization. Because of more complexity of jobs and various types of resources used, it is necessary to have an efficient process of conducting the project in order to reach the expected goals as much as possible. Thus, the computer technology is used as a good tool for doing the project management which is one of the popular choices to be considered. This computer technology will help the organization to reduce the errors and shorten process of doing the tasks. Furthermore, the administrators can control and manage the procession of doing the tasks effectively. Therefore, this paper aims to propose the computer technology used in the current project management. The organization can also create the software, outsourcing and selecting the software packages.
