Factors Related to The Building of Shared Vision Among Health Personnel in Songkhla Provincial Public Health Office

Abstract
The purposes of this descriptive study were to investigate the level of shared vision and factors related to the building of shared vision among health personnel in Songkhla province public health office. The population were 106 health personnel working in Songkhla Provincial Public Health Office. The data was gathered by using questionnaire being developed by researcher using PerterSenge’s concept. Index of Item Objective Congruence was between 0.60 – 1.00 and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.87.The results found that the overall shared vision was rated at moderate level (Mean ± SD., 3.01 ± 0.72). The five dimensions were rated at moderate level: telling (3.15 ± 0.66), selling (2.99 ± 0.67), testing (2.88 ± 0.75), consulting (3.02 ± 0.80) and co-creating (2.99 ± 0.75). There was no association between factors and the building of shared vision among health personnel in Songkhla Provincial Public Health Office. The result suggested that the administrators should create atmosphere in building shared vision within organization.
