Abstract

A Hingebeak sfuinp (Rhychocinetes uritei) is a beautiful coral reef cleaner shrimp. Plenty of them were caught for omamental marinefish bussiness. Feeding regime of each development of cleaner shrimp was investigated for 14 days. The experimental design was CRD (Completely Randomized
Design) which was including 5 treatments as the followingsi chaetocercs calcitrans, chaetoceros calcitruns and rctrter (Brachionus rotundiformis), chaetoceros calcitans and nauplius artemia, chaetoceros calcitrans
rotifer and nuaplius artemia, chaetocercs calcitrans rotifer and supplemented nuaplius artemia at ? days old Hingebeak shrimp. Rate the survival by counting cleaner shrimp at s days, z days and r+ days. The results showed that the survival rate of Hingebeak shrimp was different significandy (P<o.os). Hingebeak shrimp r-l days old, before the first molting, consumcd on ch aetocercs calcitrxns, a- tl days old consumed
more rotifer than nauplius artemia.
