Abstract

      Research about the opinions of the library - audio - visual educational service users of Srinerkarinwirot, Southem Campus. The aim of the research was to find out the level and to compare the opinions of the users who arc instructon, ofhcials and students of Srinakarinwirot, Southem Campus in four main areas. Environment, personnel service, efficiency of library service and audio - visual service. The results of the research can be concluded as follows: 1. The users' opinions the audio - visual educational service focused on 4 main areas. Environment, personnel service, efficiency of libr:ry service and audio-visual service. z. The results of the users' opinions towards the performance of the audio - visual service, Srinakarinwirot, Southern Campus, were as follows.
        2.1 There was no significant difference in the a areas between the tamale and male users, but if each was taken into account the result showed that there was a significant difference for personnel service.
        2.2 There was no significamt difference in general for instructors, officials and audio - visual service but there was a significant difference when only the personnel service was taken into account.
        2.3 There was no significant difference at the level of .01 fbr the bachelor's degree students' and masters' degree students' opinions towards the audio - visual service. There was no difference fbr opinions about the envfonmemt.
        2.4 There was no significant ditlerence for opinions of studenls from the Faculty of Social Science and the faculty of Science, towards the library audio - visual servicc. There was a significant statistical difference at the level of .os fbr the efficiency of library service.         2.5 There was no difference between the users who have used the servicc more than b timcs, and those who have ucsd the library audio - visual service less than 5 times.
