การตรวจสอบมาตรฐานพริกไทยล่อนและขิงที่มีจำหน่ายในร้านขายยาสมุนไพร ในอำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา

Abstract

         จากการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานพริกไทยล่อนและขิงที่จำหน่ายในร้านขายยาสมุนไพร  3 ร้าน ในอำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา พบว่า พริกไทยล่อนที่จำหน่ายไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน เนื่องจาก พริกไทยล่อนจากร้านที่ 1, 2, 3 มีปริมาณ สิ่งปนเปื้อนเป็น 7.20%, 2.63% และ 5.93% ตามลำดับ ซึ่งเกินเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน (≤ 2.0% w/w) และมีปริมาณไพเพอรีนเป็น 2.98%, 2.36% และ 2.99% ตามลำดับ ซึ่งต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน (≥ 5.0% w/w) พริกไทยล่อนจากร้านที่ 1, 3 มีปริมาณ เถ้าทั้งหมดเป็น 3.89%, 1.58%  ตามลำดับ และร้านที่ 2 มีปริมาณเถ้าทั้งหมดเป็น 4.33% ซึ่งเกินเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน (≤ 4.0% w/w)  การตรวจสอบมาตรฐานขิง พบว่า  ขิงที่จำหน่ายผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน โดยการหาปริมาณความชื้นในผงขิง จากร้านที่ 1, 2, 3 มีค่า 9.68%, 9.40% และ10.35% ตามลำดับ   (≤ 14.0% w/w) ปริมาณเถ้าทั้งหมด มีค่า 5.53%, 6.01% และ 8.74% ตามลำดับ (≤ 14.0% w/w) ปริมาณเถ้าที่ไม่ละลายในกรดมีค่า 0.76%, 0.65% และ 0.97% ตามลำดับ (≤ 5.0% w/w) และการสกัดด้วยตัวทำละลายต่างๆ พบว่า จากร้านที่ 1, 2, 3  มีค่า 16.10%, 17.64% และ 19.42% ตามลำดับ (≥ 16.0% w/w) ปริมาณสารสกัดด้วยน้ำ มีค่า 16.15%, 16.52% และ 19.51% ตามลำดับ  (≥ 14.0% w/w) และ ปริมาณสารสกัดด้วยอีเทอร์ มีค่า 3.31%, 3.09% และ 3.35% ตามลำดับ (≥ 3.0% w/w)

          The standardization results of Piper nigrum L. and Zingiber officinale Roscoe. from the three traditional Thai drug stores in Hat-Yai district, Songkhla province showed that P. nigrum L. was under the official standard.  The percentage of contamination in P. nigrum L. from store No.1, No.2 and No.3 were 7.20%, 2.63% and 5.93%, respectively, which were above the official standard value (≤ 2.0% w/w).  The percentage of piperine contents were 2.98%, 2.36% and 2.99%, respectively, which were under the official standard value    (≥ 5.0% w/w).  The percentage of total ash content of P. nigrum L. from store No.1, No.3 were 3.89%, 1.58%, respectively, No.2 was 4.33% which was above the official standard value (≤ 4.0% w/w). However, the standardization results of Z. officinale Roscoe. from the three stores were above the official standard.  The loss on drying of Z. officinale Roscoe. from store No.1, No.2 and No.3 were 9.68%, 9.40% and 16.35% (≤ 14.0% w/w), the total ash contents were 5.53%, 6.01% and 8.74%  (≤ 14.0% w/w) and the acid-insoluble ash contents were 0.76%, 0.65% and 0.97%, respectively (≤ 5.0% w/w).  The alcohol soluble extractive values of  Z. officinale Roscoe. from store No.1, No.2 and No.3 were 16.10%, 17.64% and 19.42% (≤ 16.0% w/w), the water soluble extractive values were 16.15%, 16.52% and 19.51% (≥ 14.0% w/w) and  the ether soluble extractive values were 3.31%, 3.09% and 3.35% (≥ 3.0% w/w),   respectively.
