In this resetrch work, an allempl bas been made lo evalute ihe convective heal lransf€r coeficient dehydration otcon (Zea nays Linn.) in open sun drling condilions. The convective heat tresfer coeffrcient detcmined by Nu = h.XK = N(Ra)' equalion. Values of the constant, N od n weE obtained by linear analysis.
