เห็ดป่ารับประทานได้และมูลค่าราคาในจังหวัดน่าน

Abstract

      เห็ดป่ารับประทานได้ที่พบในจังหวัดน่านได้ทำการจัดจำแนกอยู่ใน Phylum Basidiomycota มี 7 ลำดับ (order) 16 วงศ์ (family) 22 สกุล (genus) และ 54 ชนิด(species) การสำรวจมูลค่าราคาจากทั้งตลาดชุมชนและตลาดสดในจังหวัดน่าน ได้แบ่งกลุ่มเห็ดป่าตามระดับมูลค่าราคาเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ เห็ดที่มีมูลค่าราคาสูง (ประมาณ 200 บาท/กิโลกรัมขึ้นไป) ได้แก่ เห็ดไคร้(Boletus colossus) และเห็ดเผาะ(Astraeus hygrometricus) เห็ดที่มีมูลค่าราคาปานกลาง ประมาณ 100-200 บาท/กโิลกรมั ไดแ้ก ่กลมุ่เหด็โคน(Termitomyces sp.) เหด็โมง่โกง้ขาว(Amanita princeps) เหด็โมง่โกง้เหลอืง(กา้นขาว) (Amanita hemibapha Subsp. Javanica) เห็ดโม่งโก้งเหลือง(ก้านลายเหลือง) (Amanita hemibapha Subsp. hemibapha) เห็ดด่านขาว (Russula delica) เห็ดด่านเขียว (Russula virescens) เห็ดหอมดิน( Agaricus campestris) เห็ดกูด (Cortinarius sp.) เหด็แดงดอกออ่น (Russula emetic) กลมุ่เหด็เครอื่ง เหด็ตนีตกุ๊แก (Schizophyllum commune) และ เหด็ลม (Lentinus polychrous) เห็ดที่มีมูลค่าราคาถูกมีราคาต่ำกว่า 100 บาท/กิโลกรัม ได้แก่ เห็ดหูหนูป่า(Auricularia sp.) เห็ดมันกบ(Polyporus luberaster) และเห็ดเหงือกควาย(Auricularia mesenterica) ส่วนเห็ดที่มีราคาถูกที่สุด ได้แก่ เห็ดหัวเข่า (Calvatia craniformis)

         The edible wild mushrooms, found in Nan, was classified into Phylum Basidiomycota, 7 order  16 family 22 genus and 54 species. Survey of price value from the community and the fresh markets in Nan, can classify the group of wild mushrooms by value into 3 levels, as followed; the high price mushrooms, approximately 200 bath per kilogram or higher,  included Boletus  colossus  and  Astraeus hygrometricus. The middle price mushrooms, approximately 100-200 bath per kilogram, included Termitomyces sp.,  Amanita princeps, Amanita hemibapha Subsp. Javanica, Amanita hemibapha Subsp. hemibapha, Russula delica, Russula virescens, Agaricus campestris,  Cortinarius  sp. , Russula emetic (young stage) , a group of several mushrooms, Schizophyllum commune and Lentinus polychrous. The low price mushrooms, approximately lower than 100 bath per kilogram, included Auricularia sp., Polyporus  luberaster  and Auricularia  mesenterica. In this level, the lowest price mushroom as Calvatia  craniformis.
