ระบบฐานข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ

Abstract

         การปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรภายในมหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณจะถูกกำหนดไว้ในคำสั่งแต่งตั้งของมหาวิทยาลัย คำสั่งเหล่านั้นจะใช้กำหนดหน้าที่และระบุช่วงเวลาของการปฏิบัติงาน และยังสามารถใช้เป็นหลักฐานยืนยันการ ปฏิบัติงานของการประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของบุคลากรประจำปี มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณมีการใช้เอกสาร อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในการเผยแพร่คำสั่งเพื่อลดการใช้กระดาษ แต่มีข้อจำกัดเรื่องช่วงเวลาของการดูข้อมูล และมีเอกสาร ที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องรวมอยู่ด้วย บุคลากรจึงเลือกจัดเก็บคำสั่งในรูปของกระดาษ ซึ่งอาจเกิดปัญหาเรื่องความซ้ำซ้อน ของการเก็บหรือเอกสารสูญหาย ดังนั้นระบบฐานข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรพัฒนาขึ้นมาเพื่อใช้ในการ จัดเก็บข้อมูลคำสั่งการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสายวิชาการของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ ระบบจะมี การจัดกลุ่มประเภทของคำสั่ง กำหนดสิทธิ์ให้ผู้ใช้แต่ละคนสามารถสืบค้นข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานของตนเอง และ กำหนดสิทธิ์ให้หัวหน้าส่วนงานสามารถสืบค้นข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรในหน่วยงานของตนเอง

          The performance of staffs within the Thaksin University is stated in the appointment of operational commands. These commands are used to define and specify the duties of the jobs. It can also be used as an evidence to evaluate the performance of the personnel’s annual performance. Thaksin University uses electronic document system to inform the operation commands to staffs, but the system limits the duration of browsing information and may inform unrelated documents in a personnel folder. The staffs normally printed their documents and collected in paper form. To collect in paper form leads to duplicate storage or document lost. The performance database system was developed for using in gathering the operational command of the academic staff of the Faculty of Science Universityof Thaksin University. The system classified a group of commands and assigned permissions to individual users tosearch their own operations, as well as gave rights to a chief to query the information of his/ her subordinates.
