Application for Health Recording

This research is the development of an application for health recording. The aim is to develop an efficient mobile application for storing health data, to increase the convenience of health data recording, show health information, easily and quickly for use, and display the accurate location of the user. This application supports both Android and IOS systems. Developed with AppSheet for functional design and user interface, and uses Google Sheet for storage of data. The results showed we can apply the application in practice and meet the needs of users for data recording, showing health information, and displaying accurate location. 20 users satisfied at a very good level with a mean of 4.81 and a standard deviation of 0.40.
