บทคัดย่อ

        การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจปัญหา ประโยชน์ และความพึงพอใจ ที่มีต่อระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต ของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ด้านปัญหา ประโยชน์ และความพึงพอใจ ในการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต จากจำนวนนักศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา 1,077 คน สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐาน ซึ่งการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ผลการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลพบว่า ด้านปัญหาการใช้ระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต อุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ของห้องบริการ เช่น เครื่องพิมพ์ สแกน­เนอร์ ฯลฯ มีจำนวนไม่เพียงพอต่อการให้บริการมากที่สุด (4.0950) ด้านประโยชน์จากการใช้บริการระบบ อินเทอร์เน็ต ทำให้เกิดการศึกษาด้วยตนเองมากที่สุด (4.2119) และด้านความพึงพอใจจากการใช้บริการระบบ อินเทอร์เน็ต ศึกษาหาความรู้ด้วยตนเองมากที่สุด (4.0380)

Abstract

           The objectives of this research were to investigate the problems, advantages and satisfaction of graduate students of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi over the internet network. This survey research was conducted by means of questionnaires which were completed by 1,077 samples group of graduate students of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, inquiring about the problems, advantages and satisfaction of the internet access. The statistics used were mean and standard error. This research demonstrates that the problems resulted from obsolete and unfuctional hardware (4.0950). Most advantages of internet presented in this finding were on the grounds that the users can search a variety of knowledge (4.2119). In view of users, the satisfaction gained from the internet was based on the fact that the users can search and easily access the information for academic purposes (4.0380).
