บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพี่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 3 ในภาพรวม 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับการบริหารกิจการนักเรียน ตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และเพศของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้จากการสุ่ม อย่างง่าย จำนวน 276 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วน 5 ระดับ จำนวน 80 ข้อ ความเชื่อมั่น .89 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าที

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ระดับการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 3 ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนตาม ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และเพศไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study overall administration of student’s activities in primary schools in Bangkok Education Area Office 3, and 2) to compare level of student’s activities administration, classified by position, working experience and gender of administrator and teacher. Simple random sampling was used to select 276 samples. Data were collected with 80-item 5-point scale questionnaire with reliability level of .89. Statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.

Results showed that: 1) overall level of student’s activities administration of primary schools in Bangkok Education Area Office 3 was high, and 2) administration of student’s activity administration classified by position, working experience and gender were not different.
