บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้ได้รวบรวมงานวิจัยที่แสดงขั้นตอนของการเตรียมอนุมูลอิสระที่เสถียร DPPH (2,2- diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) และอนุพันธ์ของสารนี้ขึ้นมา ซึ่งสารรายทางที่สำคัญในขบวนการอันหนึ่ง คือ diarylhydrazine พร้อมกันนี้ยังได้รายงานแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละขั้นตอนของปฏิกิริยาและยังได้ แสดงให้เห็นว่ามีการพัฒนาการเตรียม DPPH และสารอนุพันธ์ DPPH อื่น ๆ ขึ้นมาได้นอกเหนือจาก DPPH

Abstract
This article reviews literatures concerning preparation of stable free radical DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-l-picrylhydrazyl) and its derivatives. The key intermediate playing an important role is diarylhydrazine. The article reports solution methods for problems in each step of the reaction. In addition, it also shows the development of DPPH synthesis and other stable free radical DPPH derivatives, besides DPPH.
