ความสำเร็จของการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาและสร้างอาชีพ

คลินิกเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์ และเทคโนโลยี ให้เป็นหน่วยงานบริหารโครงการอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาและสร้างเสริมอาชีพในงานวันเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมของไทย ประจำปี 2554 โดยจัดร่วมกับงาน BOI FAIR 2011 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานของคลินิกเทคโนโลยี ในการนำความรู้และเทคโนโลยีไปใช้ประโยชน์และเพื่ออบรมถ่ายทอดความรู้และเทคโนโลยีที่มีศักยภาพของคลินิกเทคโนโลยีเครือข่าย โดยความร่วมมือของคลินิกเครือข่าย รวม 8 แห่งได้ออกแบบหลักสูตรระยะสั้นที่สามารถนำไปใช้ประกอบอาชีพได้ทันที รวม 25 หลักสูตร ภายใต้คำขวัญ“25 หลักสูตร คลินิกเทคโนโลยีสร้างอาชีพ” ผลการดำเนินการ พบว่า ได้ให้การอบรมในหลักสูตรดังกล่าวแก่กลุ่มเป้าหมาย จำนวน 1,547 คน โดยผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีความพึงพอใจต่อโครงการในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.37หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 87.40 นำไปใช้ประโยชน์ 1,528 คน หรือร้อยละ 95.03 ผลสำเร็จครั้งนี้ทำให้มหาวิทยาลัยได้แสดงบทบาทในฐานะผู้นำและผู้บริหารโครงการระดับชาติ ได้เผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาชีพที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญแก่หน่วยงานภายนอกและประชาชน ได้ต่อยอดการฝึกอบรมกับหน่วยงานภาคเอกชนและต่อยอดกลุ่มเป้าหมายเดิมในโครงการบริการวิชาการเพื่อหารายได้

Abstract

Clinic Technology of Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon was supportedby the Ministry of Science and Technology to manage training programs in order to develop andcreate careers on Thailand 2011 TechnoMart&InnoMart Day, together withBOI FAIR 2011. Theevent was aimed to present the works of Clinic Technology in utilizing knowledge andtechnology and to transfer knowledge and technology of 8 Clinic Technology in thenetwork.Twenty-five effective short training programs were designed under the slogan“25 Clinic Technology courses for Career Creation”. Results showed that the 1,547 peoplewho attended the training courses were highly satisfied with the project at the mean of 4.37or 87.40 percent. About 1,528 people or 95.03 percent would make use of knowledge receivedfrom the training programs. This successful event clearly showed the university’s potential inbeing the leading national project manager. The university has important role in providingvocational expertise to external organizations and general public, offering training programs toprivate sectors, and upgrading existing target groups through profit-making academic services.
