บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาพลักษณ์ที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์ของบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ตามความคิดเห็นของสถานประกอบการ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) และแจกแบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 247 คน จากนั้นวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติไว้ที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ภาพรวมบัณฑิตมีภาพลักษณ์ที่เป็นจริงมาก โดยบัณฑิตมีสุขภาพจิตดี มีความร่าเริง แจ่มใสมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด และบัณฑิตมีความรู้ ความสามารถด้านภาษาต่างประเทศมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด ส่วนภาพลักษณ์ที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับพึงประสงค์มาก โดยบัณฑิตเป็นผู้มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมที่ดีเป็นภาพลักษณ์ที่พึงประสงค์ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด และบัณฑิตมีความรู้ ความสามารถด้านภาษาต่างประเทศ อยู่ในระดับภาพลักษณ์ที่พึงประสงค์ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาพลักษณ์ที่เป็นจริงและภาพลักษณ์ที่พึงประสงค์ พบว่า ภาพลักษณ์ที่เป็นจริงและภาพลักษณ์ที่พึงประสงค์ มีความแตกต่างกันทุกรายการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นบัณฑิตมีสุขภาพจิตดี มีความร่าเริง แจ่มใส

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study and compare viewpoints of employersregarding current image and desired image of Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon graduates. Survey research methodology was exploited by distributing questionnaires tosample group of 247 employers. Thereafter, data was analyzed by t-test at statistically significantlevel of 0.05 for hypothesis testing. The results were as follows: graduates had current image at ahigh level. Graduates with good mental health, as well as cheerful and happy graduates had thehighest mean value while graduates with foreign language knowledge and ability had the lowestmean value. The result also showed that desired image of graduates were high. Good moral andethic graduates had the highest mean value whereas graduates with foreign language knowledgeand ability had the lowest mean value. By comparing current image to desired image, the studyfound that all images were significantly different at the level of 0.05, except good mentalhealth, cheerful and happy graduates.
