ผลการใช้โปรแกรมการฝึกอบรม เรื่อง ศิลปะประดิษฐ์สำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ในศูนย์พัฒนาการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุบ้านบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง (Pre–experiment) แบบ One-shot Case Study มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้โปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมเรื่องศิลปะประดิษฐ์สำหรับผู้สูงอายุในศูนย์พัฒนาการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุบ้านบางแค กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัย คือ ผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในศูนย์พัฒนาการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุบ้านบางแค อาคารสุขสันต์ ปี พ.ศ. 2553 โดยเจ้าหน้าที่คัดเลือกว่ามีสภาพร่างกายที่สามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และสมัครใจ จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ โปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมเรื่องศิลปะประดิษฐ์สำหรับผู้สูงอายุแบบวัดทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผู้สูงอายุมีคะแนนทักษะการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับดี 2) มีความพึงพอใจต่อการเข้าร่วมฝึกอบรม ทั้งด้านวิทยากร ด้านวันเวลาในการจัดฝึกอบรม ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ด้านการฝึกอบรม ด้านหัวข้อการฝึกอบรม อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

This research is a pre-experiment research of one-shot case study type. Theobjective is to study the effect of training program on Art crafts in Banbangkhae Social WelfareDevelopment Center for the elderly. The target populations are 15 voluntarily elder personsresiding in Banbangkhae Social Welfare Development Center, Sooksan Building, in 2010, whohave been selected by the center officials. The Elders are in good physical health and able toparticipate in the activities. Tool used is a training program on Art crafts for the elderlyconsisting of Performance Skill Measurement Forms and Satisfaction Questionnaires. Dataanalysis is descriptive statistics. The results of the research are that: 1) Performance skill scoresof the elderly are in a good level. 2) Their satisfactions to participate in the training on theaspects of the lecturer, date and time of the training, materials and equipments, activities, topicsof training are in a high level.
