บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพคหกรรมศาสตร์ของนักศึกษาคณะเทคโนโลยีคหกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร กับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลปัจจัยภายใน และปัจจัยภายนอก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี จำนวน 310 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. นักศึกษามีเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพคหกรรมศาสตร์ ด้านความคิด และด้านแนวโน้มที่จะแสดงพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านความรู้สึกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ระดับชั้นที่กำลังศึกษา แรงจูงใจในการเข้าศึกษาวิชาชีพคหกรรมศาสตร์ความภาคภูมิใจในการเป็นนักศึกษาคหกรรมศาสตร์ การรับรู้บทบาทของวิชาชีพคหกรรมศาสตร์ วิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอน และการจัดหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนวิชาชีพคหกรรมศาสตร์ มีความสัมพันธ์กับเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพคหกรรมศาสตร์ของนักศึกษา ส่วนสาขาวิชาที่ศึกษา ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับเจตคติที่มีต่อวิชาชีพคหกรรมศาสตร์ของนักศึกษา

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to study and find the relation between the attitudestowards Home Economics Profession of students of the Faculty of Home Economics Technology,Rajamangala University of Technology, Phra Nakhon, and personal factors, internal factors andexternal factors. The sampling group having been used is 310 undergraduate students of theFaculty of Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology, Phra Nakhon.Tools used are questionnaires; data analysis is descriptive and inferential statistics. The resultof the research reveals that: 1. The attitudes of students towards Home Economics Profession onthe aspect of the idea and trend to express their behaviors are in a good level while the aspectof their feelings are in a mean level. 2. Level of class in which students are studying, motivationin being enrolled to study Home Economics Profession, pride in being Home Economicsstudents, recognitions on the role of Home Economics Profession, methods of learning andteaching and Home Economics Profession Learning and Teaching Curriculum arrangements havethe relation with the attitudes towards Home Economics Profession of students where as thesubject having been studied has no relation with the attitudes towards Home EconomicsProfession of the students.
