การพัฒนาระบบบูรณาการสารสนเทศสำหรับผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบริบทของระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี พัฒนาระบบบูรณาการสารสนเทศสำหรับผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย และเพื่อประเมินระบบบูรณาการสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยจำนวน 24 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่จำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา คำนวณหาค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานีมีการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินงาน แต่เป็นการพัฒนาแบบเอกเทศ ส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาในการเรียกใช้รายงานสารสนเทศสำหรับผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย ในการวิจัยนี้ได้พัฒนาระบบบูรณาการสารสนเทศสำหรับผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยด้วยการสร้างคลังข้อมูล สร้างการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างคลังข้อมูลกับฐานข้อมูลแต่ละส่วนงาน ข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บในคลังข้อมูลได้ผ่านกระบวนการกลั่นกรองจากข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันของแต่ละส่วนงาน เพื่อนำมาสร้างรายงานสารสนเทศที่มีคุณภาพ และทำงานบนเครือข่าย

จากผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า ระบบบูรณาการสารสนเทศสำหรับผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยช่วยให้ผู้บริหารเรียกใช้รายงานสารสนเทศตามเงื่อนไขที่ต้องการได้อย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็ว ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจและการยอมรับระบบพบว่า อยู่ที่ระดับมากมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.40 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.55

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the context of an information system forUniversity’s Administrators of Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University, to develop an integratedinformation system for University’s Administrators and to evaluate the developed system. The sample ofthe study included 24 administrator members and 7 officials at the Office of Ubon Ratchathani RajabhatUniversity. The research instruments were sets of interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed bycontent analysis, mean and standard deviation.

The study revealed that the information technology has been used in the department ofUbon Ratchathani Rajabhat University, but the development is independent, are there is a problem inreport retrieval for university administrators. This study has developed an integrated system ofinformation for university administrators by creating a data warehouse and establishing a connectionbetween the data warehouse for each database. Data are stored in the data warehouse through datafiltering of each daily segment in order to create a report for information which is accurate, and runningon network.

The research results revealed that integrated information system for university administratorsallows users to run a report according to the desired information quickly and easily. The evaluationof satisfaction and acception is at a high level, a value of average is 4.40 and standard division is 0.55.
