บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความต้องการของครูสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตบางขุนเทียน ในภาพรวม และจำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษาประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตบางขุนเทียน จำนวน 340 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัย 1) พบว่า คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความต้องการของครูสังกัด กรุงเทพมหานคร เขตบางขุนเทียน ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเฉพาะด้านคุณธรรม อยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด 2) พบว่า คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความต้องการของครสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตบางขุนเทียน จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the characteristics of the school administrators demanded by the teachers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Bangkhuntian, in the whole level; and as classified by the gender, educational level, work experiences. The sample groups contained 340 teachers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Bangkhuntian, chosen by a simple random sampling method. Percentage, means, standard deviation and t-test were applied to the data analysis. The findings were 1) the characteristics of the school administrators demanded by the teachers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Bangkhuntian, in the whole level and in each aspect, were at a high level, especially the aspect of merit was at a highest level. 2) the characteristics of the school administrators demanded by the teachers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Bangkhuntian, as classified by the gender, educational level and work experiences were not different.
