บทคัดย่อ

มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร โดยกลุ่มบริการเทคโนโลยี สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา ร่วมกับสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการผลิตเครื่องมือและแม่พิมพ์ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ดำเนินการผลิตอุปกรณ์ ช่วยเหลือผู้พิการ ประเภทกายอุปกรณ์เทียม ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2543 ถึงปัจจุบัน มหาวิทยาลัยได้จัดสรรงบประมาณ ประจำปีสำหรับการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ปีละมากกว่า 350,000 บาท เพื่อการจัดหาวัสดุ เครื่องมือ และส่วน ประกอบต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการใช้บุคลากรและเครื่องจักรเครื่องมือต่าง ๆ ของมหาวิทยาลัย ในการคิดค้น ออกแบบ สร้าง ทดสอบ และผลิตเพื่อส่งมอบกายอุปกรณ์เทียมที่ผลิตได้ให้กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่ให้บริการแก่ผู้พิการที่ด้อย โอกาส นำไปให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้พิการที่สูญเสียแขน-ขา ให้กลับมามีชีวิตที่เป็นปกติ พึ่งพาตนเองได้ไม่เป็นภาระแก่สังคม

Abstract

Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Technology Service section, Institute of Research and Development, with collaboration of Department of Tools and dye Technology, Faculty of Engineering produced the prosthesis for the disabled since 2000. Rajamongala University of Technology Phra Nakhon has allocated annual budget for the ongoing operations of more than 350,000 baht per year and has provided materials, tools and components, including the use of machine tools and university personnel for designing innovation, testing and manufacturing and delivering prosthetic equipments to government agencies that serve hopeless people who have no chance to servive and help the disabled who lost their arms or legs to live a normal life independently and would not be burden to the society.
