ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายคอมพิวเตอร์ของนักศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายคอมพิวเตอร์ของนักศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง จำแนก ตามภาควิชา โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษา จำนวน 257 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีสุ่มแบบ แบ่งชั้น เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในปีการศึกษา 2551 โดยใช้ข้อสอบแบบเลือกตอบ 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 30 ข้อ ซึ่งมี ความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา มีค่าความยากง่าย (p) .23-.77 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก (r) .20-.80 และค่าความเชื่อถือ ได้ .75 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความ!เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายคอมพิวเตอร์ของนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับต่ำ ทั้งโดยภาพรวม (ร้อยละ 31.80) และ จำแนกเป็นรายภาควิชา (ร้อยละ 30.60-32.87) 2) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายคอมพิวเตอร์ของนักศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกันระหว่างภาควิชา ทั้ง 3 ภาควิชา ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the knowledge on computer law of bachelor’s degree students of 3 departments in Faculty of Industrial Education, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL). The research method was descriptive research. The sample of 257 students were selected by using stratified random sampling method. The research tool was the multiple choices test which consisted of 30 items which validated by experts, the difficulty value (p) were .23-.77, the discrimination power value (r) were .20-.80 and the KR 20 reliability was .75. The data were collected in the 2008 academic year then analysed by mean, percentage (%) and one-way analysis of variance (F-test). The findings were 1) The knowledge on computer law of students were at low level as overall (31.80%) and each department (30.60%-32.87%) 2) The knowledge on computer law of students was not different among 3 departments at .05 significant level.
