บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ สภาพการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธตามตัวแปรเพศ คุณวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การบริหาร และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ ในโรงเรียนวังกัด กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน จำนวน 202 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดลอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความ แปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธในโรงเรียนวังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพ รวมอยู่ในระดับปฏิบัติมากที่สุด เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธโดยจำแนกตาม เพศ วุฒิทางการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การบริหารงาน พบว่าไม่พบความแตกต่าง ปัญหา อุปสรรคการดำเนิน งานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน พบว่านักเรียนไม่สามารถรู้เข้าใจเหตุผลและได้ประโยชน์ตามหลัก คุณค่าแท้ ตามหลักไตรสิกขาได้อย่างถูกต้อง

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the performance of Buddhism schooling under the jurisdiction of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and to study problems, obstacles and suggestions about the performance of Buddhism schooling. The examples were 202 principals of schools, using simple random method. The analytic methods were percentage, standard deviation, t-test and one-way analytical of variance (ANOVA). The results of study found that the performance of Buddhism Schooling under the jurisdiction of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration as a whole was at the highest level. The comparison of principals of Buddhism Schooling classified by sex, level of education and experiences of administration found no difference. The performance problem of the principals in Buddhism Schooling found that students could not understand the reasons and the real value of the three kinds of knowledge for deliverance (Tftsika) correctly.
