Extraction of Red Dragon Fruit Pigment for Make Blush

บทคัดย่อ
This research has applied color extracts from red dragon fruit pulp to make powder blush. The color was extracted by soaking in distilled water to reduce chemicals. The extraction ratio of distilled water with plant samples was 10:1 and the antioxidant activity was studied by DPPH· Radical Scavenging method. Betacyanin test was investigated. The color stabilities under various pH conditions. 5 7 and 9 at room temperature and low temperature for 9 days by testing the absorbance with UV – Visible Spectroscopy was study. The results show that, color extract from red dragon fruit used distilled water as solvent is pink and it found betacyanin in extract. Scavenging effect of antioxidant activity DPPH was 14.93%.
