An Education Approach for A Model of Information Technology Management for Learning and Teaching in Small Size Primary Schools to National Education Plan 2017-2036 for School 4.0

Abstract

The purposes of the research were to 1)synthesis of Information Technology Management for Teaching in Small Schools According to the national education plan 2560-2579 to school 4.0 and to 2) study experts’ opinion on a guiding principle of technology management for teaching in small school via Thailand 2017-2036 educational plane toward school 4.0. The target populations were 22 education experts. The instrument were a treatise of synthesis guiding and an interview questionnaire guiding principle of technology management for teaching in small school via Thailand 2017-2036 educational plane toward school 4.0. The statistic measurement for this research is a percentage.

The study showed that the format instructional management in small schools according to the plan of 2017-2036 to school 4.0. consists of 9 sides 1) Policy, principles and concepts 2) Information technology management in small schools according to the National Education Plan, 2017 - 2036, to 4.0 3) school administration 4) 4M management  5) Participation 6) Digital technology 7) Management success indicators 8) Indicators of management success with policy principles and concepts and 9) Indicators of management success and the management of information technology in small schools according to the National Education Plan from 2017 to 2036 to school 4.0. The experts agree on the appropriateness of the management approach to information technology for teaching in small schools. According to the National Education Plan 2017 to 2036 to school 4.0 that 90-100 percent. In addition, the experts of a school administrator should manage guidelines and cooperation from school personnel. As well as recruiting personnel or developing the capacity of information technology personnel. Also, procure sufficient information technology equipment.
