Abstract

Electronic Office System is use of computer- based information
technology to facilitate and increase efficiency in office work. Electronic Office
System Project aimed to analyze and design Electronic Office System to develop
and assess the effectiveness and satisfaction of users towards the system for
more convenient, effective and economical and faster for assessing the system
and facilitate meeting room booking and seminar course providing. The program
was developed by C# Language Programming, Visual Studio 2013 and Microsoft
SQL Server 2012 as the database management system.
According to the assessment of the effectiveness and satisfaction of
Electronic Office System, it revealed that the average was 4. 07 from 10 users,
and standard deviation was 2. 18. Therefore, it showed that the users’
satisfaction was rated at the high level.
