Abstract
The development of an online certificate database management system of Pasang School, Lamphun Province aims to manage information on the issuance of certificates of Pasang School, Lamphun Province. The operations involved in the system are system administrators, students, teachers, outsiders and administrators. The content scope of the development of the system by the students, teachers, and outsiders can update their personal information and, after participating in various activities, can print their own certificates. The admin section can manage basic information of activities. Certificate format approval of applicants to participate in activities. Those who have passed the activities and report the honorees. The management can approve the issuance of certificates and various statistics reports. In the development of the system, the system development cycle (SDLC) principle is used in the survey, system analysis, system design, building test system and its use. System development using PHP programming language, using CSS to decorate images, using MySQL to store databases, and using Visual Studio Code to design screens. The results of the assessment of satisfaction with the use of the system found that the overall level of satisfaction was very high (= 4.09, SD = 0.75). This system will help manage the issuance of school certificates to be more convenient and faster.
