Aim & Scope
This journal publishes peer-reviewed original research, reviews, and perspectives in these areas, with particular emphasis on interdisciplinary studies at the agriculture/ food interface. The journal focuses on hypothesis-driven research studies suitable for an international audience. Consult the full description of the area related to your manuscript before submitting to ensure it is appropriate for the Journal.

Food Agricultural Sciences and Technology (FAST) is published three issues per year with approximately 40 papers per year.

The editorial board reserve the right to reject a paper or make changes to the content if there are serious problems with the content or violations of our publishing policies. Our team is based in Thailand, but we have editors in Europe, Asia and the rest of the world. Publishing process in Food Agricultural Sciences and Technology (FAST) is free (without processing fees and submission charges).

The journal policy limits direct marketing efforts and does not account advertisements from the commercial sector.
Peer - review
All content publised in Food Agricultural Sciences and Technology (FAST) must be reviewed.
The journal used double-blinded peer - review. The reviewers may be external expert or editorial board (at least 3 reviewers in total from different institutions).
The journal may use of author recommended reviewers.
Both author and reviewers were blinded during review process.
No reviewers are posed with the articles.
The decition to accept, revise, and reject is reserved for editor in chief, reviewers take the role to give suggestions on the manuscript content.
