Aim & Scope

Food Agricultural Sciences and Technology (FAST)

Former: Science Technology and Engineering Journal (STEJ) ISSN: 

publishes peer-reviewed original research, reviews, and perspectives in these areas, with particular emphasis on interdisciplinary studies at the agriculture/ food interface. The journal focuses on hypothesis-driven research studies suitable for an international audience. Consult the full description of the area related to your manuscript before submitting to ensure it is appropriate for the Journal.

Those addressing multiple topics listed below are especially encouraged.
Food: Food Qualities, Food Safety, Food Materials and Food Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Sensory and Consumer Sciences
Agricultural Sciences: Production, Utilisation, Environment

 

Food Agricultural Sciences and Technology (FAST) is published two issues per year with approximately 20 papers per year.
Number 1 (January – June)
Number 2 (July – December)

The editorial board reserve the right to reject a paper or make changes to the content if there are serious problems with the content or violations of our publishing policies. Our team is based in Thailand, but we have editors in Europe, Asia and the rest of the world. Publishing process in Food Agricultural Sciences and Technology (FAST) is free (without processing fees and submission charges).

Food Agricultural Sciences and Technology (FAST) is open access with the content licensing CC-BY-ND which permits use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided that the Contribution is properly cited, no modifications or adaptations are made.
