Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors must ensure that their submissions comply with the following guidelines before proceeding with the submission process. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the return of the submission.

• The submission has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal.
• Ensure that the manuscript is in full adherence with all the publication ethics.
• The submission file is in Microsoft Word.
• The manuscript follows Food Agricultural Sciences and Technology (FAST) Author Guidelines: For English manuscripts, click here
• For manuscripts describing a study involving humans or animals, the treatment of subjects was in accordance with ethical guidelines, and appropriate institutional approval has been obtained.
• The manuscript has been prepared consistent with APA 7th edition style.
• Permission to reproduce or adapt any copyrighted material from other sources has been obtained, and documentation for this permission can be provided.
• If the manuscript is accepted for publication, authors agree to transfer copyright to Food Agricultural Sciences and Technology (FAST), granting full and exclusive rights to the manuscript, all revisions, and the full copyright.
• the manuscripts do not exceed 8,000 words from introduction to conclusion, excluding references. Review articles should not exceed 10,000 words from introduction to conclusion, excluding references. Use the "Times New Roman" font, size 12 point.
• The abstract should not exceed 300-word.

All correspondence related to submissions, such as decision notifications from the Editor-in-Chief and revision requests, will be conducted through the official website of Food Agricultural Sciences and Technology (FAST)
