ประสิทธิผลของการใช้สื่อการสอนเรื่องการดูแลมารดาหลังคลอดด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนไทย

ศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนไทยเป็นองค์ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการดูแลมารดาหลังคลอด การให้ความรู้แก่หญิงตั้งครรภ์ให้ทราบถึงวิธีการและประโยชน์ของศาสตร์ดังกล่าวจึงมีความสำคัญ แต่ปัจจุบันยังไม่มีสื่อการสอนที่ผ่านการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจจากหญิงตั้งครรภ์ในด้านนี้ งานวิจัยแบบทดลองขั้นต้นนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทดสอบประสิทธิผลของการใช้สื่อการสอนวิดีทัศน์เรื่องการดูแลมารดาหลังคลอดด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนไทย ทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามความสะดวกได้แก่หญิงตั้งครรภ์แรกที่มารับบริการที่หน่วยฝากครรภ์ โรงพยาบาลสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามวัดความรู้และแบบสอบถามประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อสื่อการสอนที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน ผลที่ได้พบว่าคะแนนความรู้เฉลี่ยเกี่ยวกับวิธีการขั้นตอนและประโยชน์ของการดูแลมารดาหลังคลอดด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนไทยของอาสาสมัครภายหลังดูสื่อการสอนมากกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนดูอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) และคะแนนความรู้เฉลี่ยของอาสาสมัครที่มีระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ต่างกันพบว่าไม่มีความแตกต่างกันทั้งก่อนและหลังดูสื่อการสอน นอกจากนี้อาสาสมัครประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อสื่อการสอนในระดับที่ให้การยอมรับ สรุปได้ว่าสื่อที่ได้มีประสิทธิภาพและบุคลากรทางการแพทย์จึงสามารถใช้สื่อการสอนนี้ไปพัฒนาความรู้ให้กับหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มารับบริการหน่อยฝากครรภ์ต่อไปได้
