การปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตด้วยการปรับรื้อกระบวนการ - กรณีศึกษาในโรงงานตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้า

บทคัดย่อ
กระบวนการผลิตบริษัทวาไทยอุตสาหกรรมจำกัด(มหาชน) มีหนึ่งในข้อผิดพลาดสำคัญที่บ่งชี้ถึงความล้มเหลวในการผลิตที่ไม่สามารถเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ได้ และได้ผลผลิตที่ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ เพราะเหตุนี้การรื้อปรับระบบ (Business Process Reengineering) จึงถูกนำมาปรับใช้ โดยนำเทคนิคHeuristicมาใช้ในการออกแบบกระบวนใหม่เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตในปัจจุบัน รวมถึงการใช้วิธีการประเมินและการวิเคราะห์ช่องว่างระหว่างกระบวนการและการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
ในปัจจุบันเครื่องมือจำลองนี้ถูกนำมาใช้ในจำลองการออกแบบกระบวนการผลิตในสายการผลิตใหม่ หลังจากนำแนวทางที่ให้มาปรับใช้และดำเนินการจำลองแล้ว พบว่า ผลผลิตและระดับการบริการของบริษัทเพิ่มขึ้นประมาณ 45 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และทางบริษัทควรให้ความสำคัญกับการใช้กำลังการผลิตและระยะเวลารอคอยสินค้าเป็นตัวชี้วัดในการได้ผลลัพธ์จากการจำลองที่คาดหวังไว้ โดยสรุปแล้ว งานวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงขั้นตอนการออกแบบสายการผลิตใหม่ที่แนะนำให้ทางบริษัทปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัดเพื่อที่จะสามารถแก้ปัญหาที่กล่าวมาในข้างต้นได้ในระยะยาว
