การสังเคราะห์ด้วยกระบวนการสีเขียว และการพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ของอนุภาคนาโนเงินจากสารสกัดจากใบของวัชพืชสมุนไพรสามชนิด: หญ้าสาบเสือ, ผักโขม และหญ้าแห้วหมู

บทคัดย่อ
การทดสอบพฤกษเคมีเบื้องต้น และการสังเคราะห์อนุภาคนาโนเงินจากสารสกัดของวัชพืชท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดสกลนคร 3 ชนิด คือ หญ้าสาบเสือ ผักโขม และหญ้าแห้วหมู จากการทดสอบพฤกษเคมีเบื้องต้นพบสาระสำคัญในกลุ่มของสารประกอบทุติยภูมิที่มีฤทธิ์ทางเภสัชวิทยา (คาร์ดิแอคกลัยโคไซด์, ฟลาโวนอยด์, แทนนิน, เทอร์ปีนอยด์ และคูมาริน). ผลของ GCMS ยืนยันถึงการตรวจพบสารประกอบที่มีฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพที่มีศักภาพในการสังเคราะห์อนุภาคนาโนเงิน โดยสารสกัดจากวัชพืชแสดงประสิทธิภาพในการต้านอนุมูลอิสระที่น้อยกว่าสารมาตรฐานแอสคอร์บิคแอซิด (DPPH inhibition) โดยแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น p<0.05 การวิเคราะห์หาสารริดิวซ์จากสารสกัดของวัชพืช พบความสามารถในการเป็นสารรีดิวซ์ที่ดีโดยมีองค์ประกอบของ หมู่เอมีน และคาร์บอกซิลิค ซึ่งแสดงถึงความเหมาะสมในการสังเคราะห์อนุภาคเงินได้ โดยผลการวิเคราะห์ XRD แสดงให้เห็นถึงอนุภาคนาโนเงินที่สังเคราะห์ได้จากสารสกดัวัชพืชที่มุ่งประโยชน์ในทางการแพทย์ (the production of AgNPs) สิ่งที่ควรทำต่อไปคือการศึกษาถึงขนาด และรูปร่างของอนุภาคนาโนเงิน โดยงานวิจัยนี้เป็นแนวทางในการนำวัชพืชไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์มากยิ่งขึ้น
