Development of Cooperative Fund Information System the Donkhao Village Changming Subdistrict, Phanna Nikhom District, Sakon Nakhon Province

Abstract

The objective of this research is threefold: 1) to develop an information system for the rice cooperative fund in Don Khao village, Changming subdistrict, Pannikhom district, Sakon Nakhon province; 2) to evaluate the efficiency of the rice cooperative fund information system in Don Khao village; and 3) to assess user satisfaction with the system. The development process follows the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and involves the use of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and the management of databases with MySQL. A sample of 50 people was selected using a selective method. The results research that the information system for the rice cooperative fund in Don Khao Village is practical and significantly enhances the efficiency of fund management. It facilitates convenient and rapid storage, retrieval, and reporting of information related to the rice cooperative fund, thereby reducing the risk of data loss. Additionally, it provides a more convenient system for borrowing and returning funds for rice cooperative members. Based on the performance assessment results from experts, it was found that the overall performance of the system was at the highest level ( =4.75, S.D. = 0.47). Functional and information security ease of use was the highest ( =4.60, S.D.=0.46) and user satisfaction was high ( =4.26, S.D.=0.79).
