Development of a Chatbot to Support Electromagnetic Engineering Education

This research aims to develop a chatbot to support learning in the Electromagnetic Engineering course, evaluate its ability to answer questions and solve problems, and compare its performance with that of students. The study involved gathering course-related data and training a chatbot model using the ChatGPT platform. The results indicate that the chatbot provided accurate responses aligned with the curriculum content, with significantly higher average scores than students. This suggests that the chatbot can enhance learning and serve as an effective educational support tool.
