Abstract

The objective of this research was to find a substitute for para rubber sawdust to be used to produce mushroom slags of the gray oyster mushroom cultivation occupation group in Nong Takhian Bon Subdistrict. Watthana Nakhon District In Sa Kaeo Province, it was found that agricultural waste suitable to be used as substitute materials for the production of mushroom inoculum are: Bagasse waste left over from sugarcane juice extraction for distribution found both inside and outside of Nong Takhian Bon sub-district. Watthana Nakhon District The leftover bagasse retains the sweetness of a single sugar molecule, which is a portion of good food for mushrooms. But there is also the problem of absorbing moisture and maintaining the moisture content of the bagasse waste. When used as a test mixture for mushroom culture in 5 formulas, it was found that the third experiment had a mixture ratio of rubber sawdust and bagasse waste 2:1 and yielded the best fresh mushroom yield of 142.34 g. in the first production
