การศึกษาประยุกต์ใช้แนวความคิดลีนเพื่อลดปัญหาการรอคอย: กรณีศึกษาแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า จันทบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้ได้ประยุกต์แนวคิดแบบลีน เพื่อ ลดปัญหาการรอคอยของระบบการบริหารจัดการในแผนก OPD (เวลาปกติ) จากงานวิจัย พบว่า ปัญหาการรอคอยมากที่สุดรองลงมา คือ ห้องยา ในกรณีมีสิทธิการรักษา (Investigation) พบเวลารอคอยเฉลี่ย (Delay) 40.37 นาที คิดเป็น 80.82 % กรณีไม่มีสิทธิการรักษา (Non-Investigation) พบเวลารอคอยเฉลี่ย 41.02 นาที คิดเป็น 80.38 % คณะผวูิ้จยั ไดน้ำหลักการ 5W 1H มาวิเคราะห์ถึงแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาและนำหลักการ ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrarge and Simplify) มาใช้แก้ไขปัญหาในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการไหลการบริการห้องยาใหม่ พบว่าลดขั้นตอนการดำเนินการจาก 15 ขั้นตอน เหลือ 12 ขั้นตอน ลดลงได้ 3 ขั้นตอน และยังมีการสลับตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ เภสัชกร ผู้ช่วยเภสัช เพื่อเพิ่มความคล่องตัว และความเหมาะสมในการปฏิบัติงาน รวมทั้ง การจัดงาน การรวมกันของงานเพื่อทำให้ง่ายขึ้น หลังจากการปรับปรุงกรณีมีสิทธิการรักษา สามารถลดการรอคอยลงได้ 29.45 นาที คิดเป็น 21.23 % และกรณีไม่มีสิทธิการรักษา สามารถลดการรอคอยลงได้30.10 นาทีคิดเป็น 20.79 %
