The Results of Using The Management Model of Information Technology Faculty at Rajabhat Mahasarakham University

Abstract

        The aim of the research article was to present The Results of Using the management model of Information Technology Faculty, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University based on the university strategic plans and policies through integrating major routine of the faculty to research under the 15-year strategic plan (2009-2021). The strategic plan was divided into three phases: phase 1 (2009-2013), 2 (2014-2017) and 3 (2018-2021). The three phases had been conducted based on the major goal of the operational plan focusing on 4Ms: money, man, material supply and management. The opinions of the faculty members and stakeholders were important feedback for improving the future strategic plan. The plan and strategy will be improved for both medium term period and long term period based on the current situation. The study showed that the Information Technology Faculty has achieved the goal of the operational plan and strategic plan of the faculty.
