Abstract

            This research aims to 1) study the curriculum of the ICT Learning Center. Faculty of information technology 2) study the results of teacher development according to the curriculum of the ICT Learning Center. Faculty of information technology 3) study the teacher development model by applying ICT. To develop learners and academics. According to the curriculum of the ICT Learning Center. Faculty of information technology at  Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University target group A group for in-depth interviews was the ICT Learning Center staff. Faculty of information technology at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University is divided into 3 administrators and 4 staff members.             The results of the study were as follows: 1) Faculty of information technology at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University has been certified by the Office of Teacher Development and Educational Personnel (IEAT), Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC). Faculty of information technology at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University The 4 courses are designed as a continuum course. 2) All courses are fully qualified by the teacher. And have a name. Shows the usefulness of the curriculum that teachers can take to develop. Considering the number of attendance confirmed through the system, it was found that some teachers did not know the details of the confirmation conditions after applying within 7 days. And when considering the number of attendees, one of the teachers has confirmed themselves in the system. But not trained Resulting in training units. There are not enough number of trainees and 3) Teachers development model by applying ICT. To develop learners and academics. According to the curriculum of the ICT Learning Center. Faculty of information technology In the second fiscal year, in the fiscal year 2560, the teacher selects 60982984 60982985 and 60982988 training recipes to gain innovative teaching and learning by applying ICT.
