Develop software to control the Bluetooth humanoid robot
Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aimed to 1) develop software to control the bluetooth humanoid robot and 2) study the experiment result of using software to control the bluetooth humanoid robot. The samples were five experts in evaluating software development of mobile robot control selected by purposive sampling method. The instrument used in the research were mobile robot control software development program using Arduino IDE with C programming language including App Inventor to develop application and evaluation form to evaluate the efficiency of software controlling the bluetooth humanoid robot. The statistics used in the research were mean and standard deviation.
The findings were as follows: 1) the development of software to control the bluetooth humanoid robot was found that the researchers designed a robot with the similar movement to human assembled of head, body, arms, hands and the wheel base of the robot. In addition, the code program was embedded in the Arduino Nano board to control and transmit the bluetooth signal connecting the humanoid robot and the smartphone. 2) the experiment result of using software to control the bluetooth humanoid robot revealed that the mean of robot design evaluation was the highest (4.44) followed by the application efficiency (4.40), while the mean of robot efficiency was the lowest (4.34).
