บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาเว็บแอพพลิเคชันครุภัณฑ์ด้านโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพเว็บแอพพลิเคชันครุภัณฑ์ด้านโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้เว็บแอพพลิเคชันครุภัณฑ์ด้านโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน บุคลการที่ทำหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง ของคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม จำนวน 3 คน และบุคลากร สังกัดคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม จำนวน 15 คน เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานระบบ ใช้วิธีคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) เว็บแอพพลิเคชันครุภัณฑ์ด้านโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพเว็บแอพพลิเคชันครุภัณฑ์ด้านโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ และ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation; SD)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการพัฒนาเว็บแอพพลิเคชันครุภัณฑ์ด้านโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ พบว่า ระบบแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ส่วน คือ (1) การบันทึกครุภัณฑ์ (2) การยืม-คืนครุภัณฑ์ (3) แจ้งซ่อมครุภัณฑ์ (4) รายงานครุภัณฑ์ 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพเว็บแอพพลิเคชันครุภัณฑ์ด้านโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ พบว่า ระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ สามารถบันทึกข้อมูลรายงานข้อมูลได้มีประสิทธิภาพ และ 3) ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้เว็บแอพพลิเคชันครุภัณฑ์ด้านโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ พบว่า ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบอยู่ในระดับดี
