การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อจัดการโซ่อุปทานของ วิสาหกิจชุมชนลูกตาลกรอบบ้านพังเถียะ จังหวัดสงขลา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อจัดการโซ่อุปทานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนลูกตาลกรอบบ้านพังเถียะ จังหวัดสงขลา 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อจัดการโซ่อุปทานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนลูกตาลกรอบบ้านพังเถียะ จังหวัดสงขลา และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อจัดการโซ่อุปทานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนลูกตาลกรอบบ้านพังเถียะ จังหวัดสงขลา คัดเลือกกลุ่มเป้าหมายโดยใช้วิธีแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ 1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและด้านโลจิสติกส์ รวมจำนวน 5 คน 2) กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศ รวมจำนวน 125 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อจัดการโซ่อุปทานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนลูกตาลกรอบบ้านพังเถียะ จังหวัดสงขลา แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ สถิติค่าที ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อจัดการโซ่อุปทานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนลูกตาลกรอบบ้านพังเถียะ จังหวัดสงขลา มีการทำงานหลัก 6 โมดูล ประกอบด้วย (1) จัดการข้อมูลของผู้จัดหาวัตถุดิบ (2) จัดการข้อมูลของลูกค้า (3) จัดการรายการสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบ (4) จัดการสต๊อกสินค้า (5) การสั่งซื้อสินค้า และ (6) ออกรายงานสรุปผลข้อมูล ระบบสารสนเทศทำงานแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันโดยผู้ใช้สามารถเข้าใช้ได้ตามสิทธิ์ที่กำหนด 2) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่สุด (=4.84) และ 3) ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่สุด (
=4.88) ระบบสารสนเทศช่วยลดเวลาในการทำงานโดยเวลาเฉลี่ยของทุกงานก่อนใช้ระบบ 9.74 นาที และหลังจากใช้ระบบ 4.53 นาที ลดลง 5.21 นาที คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.47 และจากการวิเคราะห์ด้วยค่าสถิติทดสอบทีพบว่า ค่า p-value ของทุกงานมีค่าเท่ากับ .000 ซึ่งน้อยกว่า .05 (α=.05) จึงสรุปได้ว่า หลังจากใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อจัดการโซ่อุปทานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนลูกตาลกรอบบ้านพังเถียะทำให้เวลาการทำงานลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ดังนั้นระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้มีประโยชน์ สามารถบริหารจัดการโซ่อุปทานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนลูกตาลกรอบบ้านพังเถียะ จังหวัดสงขลาได้อย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพ
