การพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลชุมชนเพื่อการวางแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น กรณีศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลชุมชนเพื่อการวางแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบฐานข้อมูลชุมชน 3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่มีต่อการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลชุมชน โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Method Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครัวเรือนในพื้นที่จังหวัดลำปางและลำพูน 73 ตำบล ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ 1) ระบบฐานข้อมูลชุมชนเพื่อการวางแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ที่ใช้ภาษา HTML, PHP, Java Script และ Bootstrap CSS Framework และฐานข้อมูล MySQL ในการพัฒนาระบบ 2) แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบฐานข้อมูลชุมชน และ 3) แบบสำรวจความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลชุมชนทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสรุปตีความและบรรยายเชิงวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การพัฒนาระบบระบบฐานข้อมูลชุมชน สามารถแบ่งประเด็นในการนำเสนอออกเป็น 5 ประเด็น ได้แก่ (1) ข้อมูลของครัวเรือน (2) เศรษฐกิจของครัวเรือน (3) สิ่งแวดล้อมของครัวเรือน (4) การสื่อสารของครัวเรือน และ (5) ความเกี่ยวข้องของครัวเรือนกับการปกครอง โดยมีการนำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์เบื้องต้นในรูปแบบของตาราง แผนภูมิวงกลม และแผนภูมิแท่ง 2) การประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบฐานข้อมูลชุมชน พบว่าในภาพรวมประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบอยู่ในระดับดี (= 4.23, SD.= 0.57) และ 3) ความคิดเห็นของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่มีต่อการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลชุมชน พบว่าในภาพรวมผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียมีความเห็นต่อการใช้งานระบบ อยู่ในระดับดี (
= 4.28, SD.= 0.45)
