บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบทดสอบออนไลน์สำหรับนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษา ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาต่อระบบทดสอบออนไลน์สำหรับนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยใช้การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและการพัฒนา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแพลตฟอร์มระบบทดสอบออนไลน์ โดยสัมภาษณ์ ผู้ที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องการกับสอบวัดผลมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู วัดแววความเป็นครู ของนักศึกษา บุคลากรทางการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ วิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การพัฒนาระบบทดสอบออนไลน์สำหรับนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความสะดวกในการจัดการสอบ ลดข้อจำกัดด้านงบประมาณและการใช้ทรัพยากร ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถจัดการข้อสอบและรายงานผลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ขณะที่ผู้เข้าสอบสามารถทำข้อสอบได้สะดวกโดยไม่มีข้อจำกัดด้านสถานที่ ระบบรองรับข้อสอบปรนัยได้เป็นอย่างดี และยังอยู่ระหว่างการพัฒนาเพิ่มเติมสำหรับข้อสอบอัตนัย และ 2) ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มระบบทดสอบออนไลน์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =4.20, SD. =0.81) ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
