การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบูรณาการข้อมูลการศึกษาแบบเรียลไทม์: กรณีศึกษาสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบูรณาการข้อมูลการศึกษาแบบเรียลไทม์ 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบูรณาการข้อมูลการศึกษาแบบเรียลไทม์ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบูรณาการข้อมูลการศึกษาแบบเรียลไทม์ และ 4) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบูรณาการข้อมูลการศึกษาแบบเรียลไทม์ จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ และหน่วยงานที่สังกัด ไม่แตกต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้ใช้ระบบทั้งหมดจำนวน 32 คน ซึ่งมีบทบาทโดยตรงในการจัดเก็บและส่งข้อมูลการศึกษาให้กับสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบูรณาการข้อมูลการศึกษาแบบเรียลไทม์ 2) แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบูรณาการข้อมูลการศึกษาแบบเรียลไทม์ โดยมีค่า IOC=0.67-1.00 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบูรณาการข้อมูลการศึกษาแบบเรียลไทม์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบูรณาการข้อมูลการศึกษาแบบเรียลไทม์ พบว่า ระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยในการรวบรวมและตรวจสอบข้อมูลลดลงจากเดิมเฉลี่ย 5 วัน เหลือเพียง 2 วันต่อรอบการรายงาน คิดเป็นการลดเวลาทำงานร้อยละ 60 นอกจากนี้ จำนวนบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องในการรวบรวมข้อมูลลดลงจาก 4 คน เหลือเพียง 2 คนต่อครั้ง และจำนวนขั้นตอนการทำงานจากเดิม 5 ขั้นตอน เหลือเพียง 3 ขั้นตอน 2) การประเมินประสิทธิของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบูรณาการข้อมูลการศึกษาแบบเรียลไทม์ มีประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.41, SD. = 0.53) 3) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบูรณาการข้อมูลการศึกษาแบบเรียลไทม์ มีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.51, SD.= 0.58) และ 4) การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบูรณาการข้อมูลการศึกษาแบบเรียลไทม์จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ และหน่วยงานที่สังกัด ไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
