Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The article was prepared according to the author's instructions as a Microsoft Word file.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The article is prepared according to the journal's requirements. Both writing style and references. According to the author's instructions On the About page, go to article submission.

Author Guidelines

Guideline for preparing manuscripts for publication in Huachiew Chalermprakiet Science and Technology Journal

Huachiew Chalermprakiet Science and Technology Journal is a medium for disseminating academic works in science and technology. Consists of various fields of study as follows:

  1. Biological sciences include microbiology, biology, genetics, and biotechnology, etc.
  2. Physical sciences include chemistry, physics, mathematics, and statistics, etc.
  3. Health sciences include medicine, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, medical technology. Physical therapy, nursing science and public health etc.
  4. Food science and technology
  5. Computer Science and Information Technology

By accepting consideration for publication of research articles and academic articles (review articles) in both Thai and English formats. However, the submitted academic work must not have been previously published or is currently being considered for publication by another academic journal.

The journal is scheduled to issue 2 issues per year: Issue 1 January-June and Issue 2 July-December. Which will accept consideration for publication of academic works from both people and outside Huachiew Chalermprakiet University.

Criteria for considering articles

Articles submitted for consideration should have academic value. The author is an experimenter, creative, and related to the work without copying other people's research or articles. The article presents possible new concepts or principles that are consistent with the theory and lead to development or be beneficial to education, and the research should be complete in content, language, and clarity of assumptions or objectives. All articles are intensively evaluated by 3 qualified experts in that field. The editorial team reserves the right to edit the article and may be returned to the author for further correction or reprinting of the manuscript, as the case may be in order to improve the article to be more complete before publication.

Only manuscripts that meet the specified writing criteria will be considered and evaluated articles before publication. Acceptance of articles for publication is the prerogative of the editorial team and the editorial team is not responsible for the accuracy of the content or the correctness of every article submitted for publication. In the process of considering or evaluating the quality of articles from qualified experts in that field. The name of the article author will not be disclosed to the article evaluators, including not disclosing the name of the article evaluator to the article author. This is a type of double-blinded peer review.

General requirements for manuscript articles

  1. Type with Microsoft Word for Windows
  2. Print on one side of A4 paper with a distance of 1 inch (2.54 centimeters) from each edge of the paper and print in 1 column
  3. Use the font style TH Sarabun New
  4. Print spacing: 1.5 line space, print evenly front-back (justified)

Original preparation details

 1. Titles include English titles should be short, concise, and convey a meaning relevant to the subject matter. For the English name, the first letter of the English language is capitalized.

 2. Name of author and place of work: The author's name uses the full first and last name. No need to specify a title. Academic position and qualifications by including an exponent at the end of the name. For coordinating writers (corresponding author) put an asterisk at the end of the name. Include your phone number and email address. The name of the workplace should be typed to match the exponent number listed at the end of the author's name. In the case of 2 authors, use "and/and" to separate them. For more than 2 writers, in the case of Thai, use 2 spaces between them. In the case of English, put a comma (,) between them and 1 space between each one. In the case where the article is in Thai language Arrange. Thai abstracts in order of beginning. and in the case of articles in English format Arrange English abstracts in order of beginning.

 3. Abstract is available in English by presenting the main points of the story covering the objectives, introduction, research methods, research results, discussion, and summary of the research results, and must not exceed 250 words in length.

 4. Keywords in English 3-5 words should choose keywords related to the article.

 5. Contents: The details of preparing the manuscript for each type of article are as follows.

 5.1 Research article, no more than 12 pages in length (including references, tables, images, and charts).

 - Introduction presents the importance or origin of the research problem. Important points from related research and for the purposes of research are presented at the end of the chapter.

 - How to conduct research Essential details of the experiment and data analysis are presented.

 - Research results present complete and clear research results, which may be presented with tables, charts, or pictures, along with accompanying lectures.

 - Discuss and summarize research findings It is the analysis, evaluation, and interpretation of research results to see whether they are consistent with the objectives or not. The research results are compared with other related research. with references to academic principles or theories, there may be suggestions on issues that should be researched further.

 - Acknowledgments Express gratitude to organizations or individuals who provide research funding or assistance in various fields.

 - Reference documents It should be an article that has been published or is about to be published. and specify a complete list of documents used for reference using Vancouver-style

 5.2 Academic article (review article) not more than 15 pages in length (including references, tables, pictures, and charts).

 - Present academic content obtained from general academic documents. The opinion of the author with references from academic principles can be inserted into the article, consisting of an abstract, an introduction, contents, conclusions, and reference documents.

 6. Pictures and tables

 Image resolution is not less than 600 dpi for black-and-white images. and not less than 300 dpi for color images. Specify the order of the images using the word "Figure....." (Figure…..) and the caption in the lower center of the image. The symbolic part is to be presented in the caption section. As well as attaching the image files included in the content together with the normal document files.

 Specify the order of the table by using the word “Table……” (Table……) and the table description at the top, close to the left edge of the table. Using images, charts, or tables as references in the article must be Accurate references to the source of information Do not infringe the copyright of others.

Writing reference documents

 1. References in the content

 Citations in the text use the Vancouver style, with serial numbers attached to the author's name. By specifying the serial number in parentheses at the end of the text in the order of reference first - last. For example, Jirawan et al. [1] found that Geobacillus stearothermophilus PTL38 produces lipase enzyme that can work well at a pH value of 6.0 and a temperature that The appropriate temperature is 60 degrees Celsius or it has been discovered that essential oils from kaffir lime peel and galangal have the best antibacterial effect against Gram-positive pathogens [2]

 2. Document references at the end of the article

 References at the end of the article use the Vancouver style, arranged in order to match the number of references cited in the text.

Submitting articles

 Submitting articles for publication in journals has the proposer prepare the original article and article proposal form. The document is delivered online via the website of Huachiew Chalermprakiet Science and Technology Journal as the following details.

Specify the document files that must be sent in both MS Document and PDF formats. The files include:

  1. Article proposal form
  2. Original article
  3. Article illustration file
  4. Documents showing the results of literary plagiarism (plagiarism checking report), such as the Akkarawisut checking system and Turnitin.
  5. Documents requesting research ethics (especially research involving testing in humans and laboratory animals)
