การปรับปรุงและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการขนส่งสินค่าของบริษัท โดยประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิด Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) : กรณีศึกษา บริษัท ABC จำกัด บทความวิจัย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระบบการขนส่งสินค้าและแนวทางการวางแผนเส้นทางปัจจุบันของบริษัท ABC จำกัด โดยประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิด Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) 2) ปรับปรุงเส้นทางขนส่งเพื่อลดความล่าช้า ระยะทาง และเวลาในการจัดส่งสินค้า 3) ลดต้นทุนเชื้อเพลิงและการสูญเสียโอกาสในด้านอื่นๆ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) โปรแกรม VRP เป็นเครื่องมือหลักที่ใช้ในการออกแบบเส้นทางให้เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด 2) Microsoft Excel ใช้เก็บข้อมูลพื้นฐาน เช่น รายชื่อจุดส่งสินค้า พิกัด ระยะทาง ปริมาณสินค้า และความสามารถในการบรรทุกของรถ 3) แผนภูมิก้างปลา (Fishbone Diagram) ใช้วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของปัญหา จากการวิจัยพบว่าปัญหาหลัก ได้แก่ ความล่าช้า เส้นทางซ้ำซ้อน และต้นทุนที่สูง จากผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่าแนวทางการวางแผนเส้นทางใหม่ช่วยลดระยะทางขนส่งต่อเดือนจาก 17,171 กิโลเมตร เหลือ 15,505 กิโลเมตร คิดเป็นการลดลง 1,666 กิโลเมตร หรือประมาณ 9.7% ลดจำนวนเที่ยวจาก 240 เหลือ 196 รอบ ลดต้นทุนเชื้อเพลิงราว 10,712.38 บาทต่อเดือน และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมของกระบวนการขนส่ง ส่งผลให้ลูกค้ามีความพึงพอใจมากขึ้นจากการจัดส่งที่รวดเร็วและแม่นยำ งานวิจัยนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่าเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพสามารถนำมาใช้ยกระดับการบริหารโลจิสติกส์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล
